Service Agreement

By engaging Dream Wedding Advisors for wedding planning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include wedding planning, coordination, design consultation, and vendor management as outlined in your service contract.

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure our services
• Payment schedules will be outlined in your service contract
• Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding date
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellations more than 6 months before wedding: 50% refund of payments made
• Cancellations 3-6 months before wedding: 25% refund of payments made
• Cancellations less than 3 months before wedding: No refund
• Retainer fees are non-refundable in all cases

Liability

Dream Wedding Advisors will make every effort to ensure your wedding day proceeds smoothly. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, vendor cancellations, or venue issues.

Changes to Services

Any changes to agreed-upon services must be made in writing and may result in additional fees. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days written notice.
